We sell home decor and homewares for delivery within the United States. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including dimensions, materials, colors, and care instructions. Please note:

- Minor variations in texture, weave, or finish are inherent to textiles and crafted homewares and are not defects

A contract between you and Moorah Living is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or product description errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method without delay.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices on the Website are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Accepted payment methods are Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as set out in our Payment Policy. Full payment is required and captured at the time your order is placed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes, order tracking, and our procedures for delays, lost packages, and incorrect addresses are set out in our Shipping Policy. In summary: orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered by USPS within 6–9 business days of dispatch. Moorah Living remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Your rights to return items, receive refunds, request exchanges, and cancel orders are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection to your original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy conferred on you by applicable federal or state consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any rights you may have in respect of goods that are defective or not as described.
